Role Overview

As Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), you will drive DEI strategies, partner with HR teams to implement initiatives, and ensure compliance with DEI reporting. Collaborating with internal teams and NGO partners, you will promote inclusivity, enhance community engagement, and align with the organisation’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR teams to perform DEI diagnostics, leveraging data to evaluate the organization’s DEI maturity and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide coaching and strategic guidance to department heads for embedding DEI principles into operational practices, milestones, and initiatives.
Integrate DEI metrics into talent management and performance evaluation processes to enhance the employee experience and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute employee engagement activities and learning solutions that promote DEI awareness.
Maintain strong partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support community initiatives and align them with corporate DEI priorities.
Develop and manage DEI content for sustainability reports, annual reports, and compliance-related documentation.
Partner with internal communications teams to drive awareness of DEI programs and foster a culture of inclusivity.
Continuously refine research methods and utilize insights to support data-driven decision-making in DEI strategies.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in any field; a Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, Statistics, or Social Sciences is preferred.
Over 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in HR business partnering, talent management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and current trends, with experience in integrating DEI into talent strategies.
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements related to DEI in Hong Kong.
Proven analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all organizational levels.
Passion for fostering an inclusive workplace and driving DEI-related employee engagement initiatives.
Experience in stakeholder communication, community outreach, and NGO collaboration is advantageous.
Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
