Trump International Hotel and Tower is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team! This individual will assist with the day-to-day management of the HR functions including but not limited to:
- Recruitment, on-boarding, and orientation
- Complete paperwork and data management for new hires, terminations, job changes, and etc
- Assist with celebrations and recognitions programs
- Handle leave of absences, worker’s compensation, etc
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- At least 1-2 years of human resources experience in an upscale hospitality/service environment
- Proficient in HRIS System (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws, WC, UI, FMLA, PFL, OSHA
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience in all HR processes: recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, employment law, leave administration and workers' compensation, and talent management preferred

Salary: $64,350 - $67,000
