Our client a world leading consulting firm would like to hire an experienced business partner to develop and provide HR services to their cohort of consultants.
This talented group require a full generalist service, including employee relations in addition to a variety of employee engagement and the delivery of annual appraisal and review processes.
Experience in a consulting, financial services or technology area is sought as well as a solid work history and can demonstrate innovation within their role.
CIPD qualification or similar equivalent and experience of all areas of the employee life-cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A proven track record as Generalist HRBP
- Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills
