Your responsibilities π
π People partner: Support, coach and advise people managers in the business throughout the employment lifecycle. Be a trusted partner across all things people and related processes.
π Strategic business support: Whether developing or implementing the strategy, work closely with the HR Director across all the goals for the year ahead and use people data to influence our decisions.
π Play as a Team: Contribute to the whole teamβs success and advocate for a positive, productive and inclusive work culture. Build strong relationships across HQ and Retail.
π Engagement development : From analysing survey results to finding solutions to problems, youβll find ways to continuously engage our people in life at Lacoste and how we can continue improving.

πHR generalist: You are experienced as a generalist and enjoy wearing many hats. Retail experience is highly desirable.
π You love taking on challenges: You are ready to thrive in an environment that values your opinion and experience, alongside providing consistent and fair support to the business.
π You have the experience to add value: You might currently be a Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner or similar, able to autonomously lead on various projects and initiatives, manage all types of ER cases and have experience working with internal regional and global HR teams.
