Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Partner heavily experienced in OD (design and development) to join our expanding technology business at a group level. This role will focus on supporting business leadership from an organisational development (OD) perspective, playing a crucial role in driving our people strategy and supporting our growth.

- Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these objectives.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on all aspects of people management, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and promote best practices.
- Facilitate training and development programmes to build capability and support career progression.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Focus on organisational development (OD) initiatives to support business transformation and leadership development.
- Design and implement OD strategies to improve organisational effectiveness and employee performance as the business continues to grow.
- Lead succession planning and talent management efforts to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.

- Proven and demonstratable experience within OD and senior People Roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
