Key Responsibilities :-
Talent Acquisition:-
- Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
- Responsible for Manpower Planning of the Regional Office
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Understanding the requirements and source relevant candidates from Job Portal, LinkedIn, Networking, Maintaining candidate database & Keeping a track on selected candidates joining date
- Managing Data in SAP or other tools.
HR Business Partnering:-
- The incumbent will partner to play a key role in HR Business Partnering & Talent Management.
- Support in driving the initiative of organizational development initiatives like Performance Management, 360-degree feedback, IJPs , internal movements.
- Support in driving the Culture building exercise at KIA and working on key issues like employee engagement & retention.
- Support with Regional Office Expansion plans .
- Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Support Activities:-
- Contributing towards other HR and engagement activities
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Coordinating HR projects (Meeting, Training, Surveys, Events, etc.)
- Analyzing and preparing reports understanding the needs
- Being a good team player and managing stake holder's requirement
Required Competencies
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Good Negotiation & Presentation Skills
- Good in Excel & PPT
- Attention to detail
- Understanding overall HR Process & best practices
- Analytics is an added advantage
Required Qualification - Full time MBA or PGDM in relevant field
