Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing:
* Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, talent databases, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing and marketing strategies with hiring needs.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment marketing, preferably in a contract or project-based role.
* Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search techniques).
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
* Strong understanding of employer branding and its role in attracting talent.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
