We’re seeking a dynamic HR leader with between 7 to 9 years of Advertising Agency Background only, who excels in recruitment, employee engagement, and process optimization to build a high-performing, happy, and driven team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive end-to-end recruitment, including crafting JDs
✔Partnering with teams to find top talent
✔ Lead employee engagement initiatives & strategies for retention
✔ Plan and manage manpower requirements
✔ Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability
✔ Streamline & enhance HR processes while mentoring HR executives
✔ Oversee performance appraisals and design career growth plans
