We are partnering with an investment bank headquartered in New York, who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their lean HR team and support their Recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is preferred (ideally within the financial services industry however this is not a prerequisite)
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
