Educational organization seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support multiple locations. Must have experience working with multiple locations. Open to profiles out of hospitality or retail who have this experience.
Salary 120-140K + bonus
Hybrid Schedule (3 days in NYC office, with occasional need for site visits to one of their field locations)
Hours 9-5
Job Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support to the school leadership and staff
- Develop a deep understanding of the client organization to include strategy, goals/priorities, challenges and make valuable contributions
- Advise leaders on hiring, performance management, and employee relations and development
- Ensure that people processes, policies/practices and standards are implemented consistently by leaders while striving to continuously improve them
- Partner with internal functions like legal, talent acquisition and executive leadership to support the needs of the business
- Leverage data and analytics to help sites perform at the highest level
- Keep up with evolving regulatory influences and changing policies as well as the implications for client organization
- Participate in establishing plans to effectively communicate strategies and objectives and implementing change initiatives designed to support those goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of related Human Resources Business Partner experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and training
- Demonstrated success as a true partner to multiple locations and onsite managers
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Have remarkable interpersonal skills, committed to improving efficiency and holding personal accountability
- Experience with high-growth and a fast-changing organization
- Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer skills
