- Manage the overall HR function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, employer branding, job analysis, and industry networking for talent acquisition.
- Lead career development, learning programs, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and workplace safety.
- Handle voluntary and involuntary exits, retirement planning, and re-employment processes.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and good practices, manage HR-related grants, provide advisory services, and oversee HR tech integration.
Job requirement
- Degree holder with 10 years of working experience in the field of HR
- Good interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Supervisory experience is required for this role.
