Responsibilities:
Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end hiring for domestic and international roles.
- Manage the applicant tracking system for seamless recruitment.
- Source top talent through strategic outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers with candidate selection.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events worldwide.
Employer Branding
- Develop compelling content (social media, blogs, videos) to enhance employer brand.
- Oversee career pages and job boards to ensure a strong global presence.
- Act as a brand ambassador at international hiring events.
HR & Compliance
- Support onboarding, employee records, and HR operations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive efficiency and improve hiring strategies.
- Ensure global hiring practices align with labor laws and company policies.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners across regions.
- Serve as a key liaison between candidates, HR leadership, and hiring teams.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing / HR / Recruitment.
- Willing to travel abroad up to several weeks at a time to attend recruitment drives / related events.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
