As a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to provide effective recruitment and talent acquisition support.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including drafting and extending salary offers.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Regularly assess and refine recruitment and onboarding procedures to uphold best HR practices.
- Evaluate the talent market and recommend optimal sourcing platforms based on hiring needs and industry trends.
- Coordinate and participate in employer branding events and initiatives.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a min Bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent.
