We are looking for a resourceful, meticulous and collaborative individual to join the People Operations team. The successful candidate will assist on human resource matters including but not limited to the following:

Provision of logistical and administrative support for various HR activities from recruitment & onboarding to resignation & offboarding.
Administration of benefits such as leave management, processing of employees' medical and dental claims or other HR-related claims
Support on procurement processes and business process review
Liase and coordinate with vendor on meeting scheduling and follow-ups
Any other ad-hoc task that may be assigned to you

Requirements

Meticulous and organised
Strong and resourceful team-player
Good oral and written communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook etc.
Experience in HR operations (e.g. data entry, data reporting, employee life cycle processing, benefits administration, coordination of meetings)
You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments
Experience in using Workday will be an advantage
