Purpose of the Job
A Business Partner who will be responsible for HR practices related to Staffing, Employee retention, Performance Management, Implementation of HR Processes, OD Interventions, Learning & Development for all line of businesses.
Key Result Areas for the Incumbent
Process Responsibilities
- Closure of Requisitions within committed Time-lines
- Audit HR & Operations assessment sheets to ensure they are duly filled and complete
- Ensure that employee grievances related to HR and Post exit queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Accurate and timely roll out of appointment letters , ID Cards, ESI Cards etc
- Partner with Employee Development team to ensure training needs of the unit are covered within prescribed budget
- PIP & PEP review for employees
- Maintain regular connect with Assistant Managers through structured and informal meets and serve as HR consultant and employee advocate.
- Analyze attrition trends tenure wise and devise interventions for retention of employees.
- Conduct HR Assessment of Potential Candidates at the front end level
- Regular Store Visits as per the defined SLA’s

- Salary negotiation process to be aligned as per prescribed budget
- Design Annual Budget for Training

The candidate would have to interact and manage the following stakeholders
- Work closely with Potential Candidates, Business Heads for Engament activities and Talent Acquisition
- Will interact with service providers for employee engagement, talent acquisition and management
In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate should also have:
- Keen understanding of HR metrics and guidelines
- Experience with retail domain preferred
- Local Language Proficiency
