AnySignal is seeking a Head of People to lead and scale our people operations. As a rapidly growing company at the forefront of RF solutions and services, we understand that our people are our greatest asset. The Head of People will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and nurturing a culture that empowers our employees, drives performance, and aligns with our mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a people strategy focused on talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention
- Partner with leadership to ensure the organization has the structure and capabilities to achieve strategic objectives
- Foster a collaborative and productive workplace culture
- Oversee performance management and employee development processes
- Design systems for compensation, benefits, and recognition
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
- Advise leadership and employees on people-related matters
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Manage HRIS platforms (e.g., Zenefits, TriNet)
- Develop and execute training programs and ensure policy compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven organizations
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling people operations and programs
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
