AnySignal is seeking a Head of People to lead and scale our people operations. As a rapidly growing company at the forefront of RF solutions and services, we understand that our people are our greatest asset. The Head of People will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and nurturing a culture that empowers our employees, drives performance, and aligns with our mission.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a people strategy focused on talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention
Partner with leadership to ensure the organization has the structure and capabilities to achieve strategic objectives
Foster a collaborative and productive workplace culture
Oversee performance management and employee development processes
Design systems for compensation, benefits, and recognition
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Advise leadership and employees on people-related matters
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Manage HRIS platforms (e.g., Zenefits, TriNet)
Develop and execute training programs and ensure policy compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven organizations
Demonstrated success in building and scaling people operations and programs
Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
