Job Description

Responsible for HR plans and strategies’ development according to business objectives
In charge the HR System’s design & maintenance to improve efficiency, provide relevant training to the Business Units
Support business development based on in-depth analytics from existing internal data with external research. Identify problems, propose suggestion and conduct follow up actions
Prepare solutions by using Excel, PowerPoint presentations
Assist the business section head to enhance & review the commission scheme and performance reward plans

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above with in Human Resources, Business Analysis or related
Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in sizable IT & Telecom companies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally
Excellent Analytical and logical mindset
Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, details and achievement oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
