Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, engage, and secure the best talent to tackle today’s most pressing cyber defense challenges.
You’ll partner with hiring managers; support global recruitment efforts of our US based teams including potentially Managed Detection and Response (MDR) teams and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with hiring policies. Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage up to 40-45 requisitions simultaneously, supporting one or more of the following areas: Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
- Own the recruitment process which may include job posting to candidate offer, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates
- Compliance Management:
- Ensure end-to-end completion of NDAs and compliance with Candidate Privacy Notice requirements
- Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to all hiring policies and procedures
- ATS Administration:
- Leverage the ATS to manage candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and generate reports for leadership
- Upload, review, and track candidate progress while ensuring timely communication
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Source and engage top-tier talent using creative methods, with a preference for candidates experienced in cybersecurity and startups
- Conduct thorough Talent Acquisition (TA) screens to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute tailored hiring strategies
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and market insights
- Interview Coordination & Closing:
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with multiple stakeholders across global teams
- Proactively guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience that reflects our employer brand
- Reporting & Insights:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring processes
- Provide insights to hiring managers and leadership to optimize the talent acquisition strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems (experience with specific ATS platforms preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in startup environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage talent in competitive markets
