Based in New Jersey, the Vice President, Human Resources (“VP, HR”) is a critical leadership role during a period of exciting transformation.
As part of the Global HR Management Team, the VP, HR is a dual role that serves as a global business partner providing strategic support to the largest and most profitable business area in the company while also serving as the leader for the North American Regional HR Team.
Leading a global team of 40+, this role will facilitate the achievement of business goals through all HR activities including talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and individual, team and organizational development. The VP, HR will report directly to the CHRO.
The VP, HR will provide a level of business maturity, confidence and thought leadership, while also employing a continuous improvement mindset, creating and delivering innovative solutions, developing and implementing impactful organizational recommendations and driving change management initiatives, including positively evolving organizational culture to underpin sustainable business success.
The ideal candidate has operated in an executive role as a global HR business partner in an organization of considerable revenue ($1B+) and people (3K+). Experience in MedTech or broader Life Sciences is ideal but not a requirement. Critical to success includes proven strategic partnership and team leadership qualities, deep talent management capabilities, refined business partnering and experience operating in complex, matrixed multinational environments.
