What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business development team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through creative outreach methods, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s visibility in the job market.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
