What's the team function?
The Culture Guardian team is responsible for:
- Nurturing a High-Performing Workforce: Identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent that embodies our company culture and drives our strategic goals.
- Championing Company Values: Ensuring that every new hire aligns with Dasher's core values and contributes positively to our workplace culture.
- Strengthening Employer Brand: Promoting Dasher as an employer of choice by creating an engaging and authentic candidate experience.
What's your role?
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Talent Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job portal, and networking, to find and attract top candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Promote Dasher's culture and values through creative and engaging job ads, social media content, and recruitment events.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
What's the skill required?
- Good command (both spoken and written) in Mandarin, English
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to have a seamless communication with potential candidates that speak Mandarin only.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Knowledge of STAR Interview Principles: Ability to conduct interviews using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to assess candidates effectively.
- Long term thinking and able to consider the company's future needs and interests when hiring or providing advice.
Who's there to support you?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Culture Guardian team, you’ll have the support of:
- Our In-House Team: Collaborate with HR experts who specialize in employee engagement, training, and development to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Exposures Across Departments: Work closely with department leaders to understand their team dynamics and ensure that new hires enhance the overall culture.
- Digital Marketing Team: They help amplify our employer brand across social media (LinkedIn, XHS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Meta)
You are also expected to play an active role in shaping the future of our company culture through participation in brainstorming sessions and decision-making meetings.
Who's there to support you?
You will be involved into various internal sharing session about latest feedbacks on recent hire. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
