Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition Partner (1 Year Contract)

The opportunity:
Sephora SEA & Oceania is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Regional Talent Team, driving end-to-end recruitment for positions across the Regional Headquarter Team here in Singapore & other relevant markets including (but not limited to) functions such as IT Technology & Software Engineering, E-Commerce, Marketing, Project Management. The TA Partner will also be supporting overseas recruitment, as well as other countries' recruitment on an ad-hoc needs basis.
Besides driving end-to-end recruitment operations, the TA Partner will be involved in playing a key role and/or a support function in various TA & Talent projects & initiatives for the region such as Employer Branding, Critical Talent Mapping & Succession Planning, Campus Recruitment Activations, Recruitment Process & HRIS roll-out etc.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruitment Operations
- Hiring for regional roles across levels for Sephora Digital - SEA Engineering, Asia IT, E-Commerce & Marketing.
- Hiring for mid-level leadership roles in other corporate functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising on a need basis.
- Liaising with Hiring Managers on hiring needs, sourcing & interviewing candidates to offer management & pre-onboarding support.
- Recruiting for other functions, other levels & other markets on needs-basis, especially if markets' team were to be down on resources or regional team requires resources/ in time of any transition.
Recruitment Process & Best Practices:
- Support in the development of best practices when it comes to TA process across region to drive consistencies across markets and functions.
- Drive recruitment playbook discussions and design process for HQs.
- Support recruitment playbook practices customize for retail / tech.
Talent Pipelining for critical list management:
- Serves as TA Partner to the Asia Tech Team in advising external talent market / talent availability.
- Partnering with TM & Wider TA team to look at talent mapping projects for succession risks per critical list management, including Digital Functions such as Marketing & E-Commerce, owns & leads conversations with candidates in this space.
Employer Branding:
- Support in referral management including keeping database and talent pool for referrals.
- Support Employer Branding campaigns - both spin-offs and new launches, for Tech, Digital, Corporate and Retail.
- Drive Tech EVP events and campaigns, representing Sephora at external Tech Events.
- Contribute to elevate the Sephora Brand as employer of choice in omni-channel retail.
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you if are/have
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Social Sciences or any other field of relevance.
- Passion for Beauty, Retail and Consumer Goods & Services Industry is always a bonus.
- Experience in managing end to end recruitment for Technology functions will be an advantage.
- Strong drive to build your career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources.
- Learning agility, able to problem-solve according to varied situations, and think out of the box when required.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills which include active listening, able to mitigate & balance the needs of multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
- Able to operate and thrive in fast-paced environments and can multi-task priorities.
