Responsibilities

Provide routine clerical support to personnel & administration function.
Maintain updated employee records in HR systems.
Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines preferred.
Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in a sizable organization.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
