JOB SUMMARY
Located in Milan central service offices, she/he is responsible for the recruitment needs and challenges in Italy, managing a team of at least two recruiters. Manage, coordinate and carry out recruitment and onboarding processes to contribute to the strategic objectives of the Company.
This role will report to the Talent, Learning, Development Director Southern Europe.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of recruiting experience.
Strong ability to inspire, guide, and develop a recruitment team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
Experience with high volume recruitment: CV screening, interviewing, and preparing the shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers.
Experience in headhunting would be a big plus.
Good communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Experience in presenting the company in different recruitment events, talent fairs, and e-meet ups would be a great plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support a business case then pursue creative solutions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage their time effectively
Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, and hiring managers to ensure results.
Great team player and very collaborative
KEY PRIORITIES
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2 to 3 recruiters, ensuring their continuous growth and high performance in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. You will focus on upskilling your team in critical competencies related to their roles, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to excel in their daily responsibilities.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate the recruiting processes managing the needs of the hiring manager and providing short lists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, as well as schedule calls and interviews with hiring managers.
Constantly working on college recruiting to find fresh young talent, this includes reaching out to different colleges to build strong relationships (Employer Branding).
Think of different ways to promote our open positions on different channels.
Manage the full incorporation cycle from requesting all necessary information to submitting legal paperwork on your first day.
Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various recruiting techniques, networking and employee referrals.
Eventually, leading the final stage of recruitment: making the offer to the finalist and negotiating it.
Provide regular recruiting metrics to hiring manager and HR team leaders as requested or required.
Collaborate in the design of the Annual Talent Attraction Plan.
Provide creative and innovative feedback, suggestions and input to your HR teammates to improve the hiring process in the organization.
Actively collaborate in People University projects, Talent Management, Engagement, Internal Communication and CSR.
