As an HR Manager you will work closely with all the managers to improve the existing HR framework and streamline processes, including international talent acquisition, people management, organizational design, training and development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, People & Culture Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-growing, multi-country organization.
- Strong expertise in international talent acquisition processes, both design and execution.
- Experience in adapting and implementing HR frameworks, including career advancement plans, and performance management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and present actionable insights.
- General knowledge of employment laws and regulations across different countries.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Talent acquisition management & employer branding: Streamline and oversee recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in hiring. Collaborate closely with the CEO to fill strategic roles. Optimize talent attraction initiatives by enhancing our employer branding and building a strong, recurring pipeline of top-tier talent.
- Personnel Management: Act as a key point of contact for employee requests, concerns, and problem resolution, fostering open communication and trust. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance engagement and job satisfaction. Proactively identify and address potential retention risks, creating strategies to maintain a motivated and committed workforce.
- Career development: Enhance and evolve the career advancement framework, refining job levels and salary bands to promote employee development, drive retention, and align growth opportunities with organizational goals.
- Performance Management: Effectively communicate the company’s targets and objectives, analyzing their impact on variable compensation packages. Facilitate regular feedback sessions in close collaboration with managers to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- HR Reporting: Provide regular HR data analysis and reporting (e.g., HR costs, employee metrics) to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational efficiency.
- Global Workforce Oversight: take care of a distributed team across multiple countries, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance.
