JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the overall recruitment process of profiles related to Retail headoffice & Retail Stores. S/he will manage the recruiting process, including the sourcing, screening, interview and hiring process for industrial positions develop a pipeline of talent for the business, aligned to the vision of Prada Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage autonomously the recruiting process (alignment with the hiring manager, job posting on selected channels, CV screening, phone interviews, online or face to face interviews, presentation of the short list, participation during final interviews, definition of the offer, appropriate feedbacks);
-Effectively sources and matches candidates to positions
-Uses sourcing tools, including managing processes within the ATS –SuccessFactors, Group Careers site and other digital tools
-Work closely with other HR teams (HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Learning&Development) to guarantee fluency and consistency of the recruiting process from start to end;
-Carries out general services for the Talent Acquisition Team, such as loading of documents in digital repositories, update of periodic reports, meeting room reservations, booking interviews, gathering candidate and hiring manager feedback, general candidate management.
-Be a Brand Ambassador, conveying the Brand philosophy and values, to effectively support in the recruitment of high calibre candidates
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 10 years of experience within a structured international company or recruiting agency.
The knowledge of the Fashion&Luxury industry and/or of the recruitment of Retail profiles (STORE, Collection/Merch/IT/Finance/etc) is a must;
Proficient in digital tools
Good knowledge of the Office package
Skilled in analyzing and reading data
Good communication and relationship skills
High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations
Flexibility and stress self-control
Very good knowledge of the English language
