We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior Talent and Learning Specialist to join our HR team in Moleskine. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various activities related to learning and development, talent management, and employer branding. The position will be hybrid based in our Milan HQ.
Task & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Participate in the recruitment and talent development process for internships within EMEA region and HQ, including screening, selection, and onboarding. You will personally follow the internship program of Talent Management: Act as the point of contact for interns, ensuring effective communication, tracking performance, and managing appraisal form collections.
- Learning and Development Support: Assist in the design and implementation of internal training programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals. Support the management of learning funds and budgets, tracking expenditures and preparing relevant analytics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of learning hours and generate data-driven insights to improve training programs and initiatives.
- Employer Branding Activities: Collaborate on internal and external branding efforts, including managing relationships with universities and providers in Italy.
- Annual People Survey: Feedback is vital for us! Support the preparatory activities to successfully launch and deliver the annual employee satisfaction survey.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or assimilated fields.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR functions in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
