Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Identify and build talent pipelines for critical roles through partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design employer branding campaigns, increasing visibility and engagement with target talent pools.
Use datadriven insights to forecast staffing needs and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Lead diversity hiring initiatives to attract candidates from various backgrounds, ensuring inclusive recruitment practices.
Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and develop succession plans for critical roles.
Assist in developing individual development plans (IDPs) and KPIs for employees to enhance productivity.
Contribute to the creation of employee engagement programs to boost retention and improve job satisfaction.
