Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Homeworking and once a month in London Office
Salary Scale: £45,000 - £55,000 FTE (Actual £25,714 - £31,429)
Working Pattern: 20 hours per week.

Job Purpose:
The role of the standalone HR Manager is to be the go-to person for all employment-related issues. You will be responsible for all aspects of human resources practices and processes.This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of HR systems and data analysis. The successful candidate must be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold a CIPD qualification level 5 or above.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Handling any Employee Relations issues and providing advice and support to all managers and the Managing Director
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of staff.
· Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process including Right to Work and Visa restrictions.
· Leading on Training and Development
· Nurture a positive working environment
· Advising on job design and structure.
· Writing, reviewing and updating all HR Policies
· Ensuring company procedures comply with employment regulations
· Managing the company’s appraisal system and supporting with manager appraisal meetings.
· Monitoring and advising on all aspects of employee’s performance
· Managing and reviewing pay structures, reward and benefits packages
· Liaising and supporting with payroll queries in both UK and France including overseeing any bonus payments.
· Supporting Managers with the 121 meeting process.
Working with Others:
· Working effectively with all members of staff
· Working collaboratively with all key stakeholders
· Assisting with the management of the requirements of the freelancers as and when required.

· Ensuring that personal knowledge and skills are regularly updated to ensure effectiveness in meeting work objectives.
· Willingness to learn and develop within the role and the company.
· Keeping up to date on latest developments within the industry and with employment law.
· Autonomy and self-management in ongoing administration.
