As our People Culture & Engagement Catalyst, youβll take the lead in ensuring our teams are empowered, inspired, and working at their very best. What Youβll Do:
Drive Organizational Effectiveness:
- Evaluate current processes and structures to ensure they support strategic goals and enable peak performance.
- Lead initiatives that improve team collaboration, optimize workflows, and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Enhance Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop programs that foster a positive workplace environment, keeping teams motivated, connected, and aligned with company values.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team π to integrate engagement strategies with professional growth opportunities.
- Create a framework for recognizing and rewarding employeesβ contributions and achievements ποΈ.
Support Leadership Development:
- Partner with managers and senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to drive performance and engagement.
- Shape leadership training and mentorship programs that develop future-ready leaders who inspire their teams and drive results.
Optimize Performance and KPIs:
- Develop meaningful key performance indicators π― that align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
- Implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) π that encourages continuous feedback, supports development, and recognizes high performance.
Measure Success and Drive Continuous Improvement:
- Use data and analytics π to monitor organizational health, engagement levels, and the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Continuously refine strategies and programs based on feedback and measurable results, ensuring long-term impact and growth.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in organizational development, employee engagement, or related HR roles.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to analyze complex organizational dynamics, identify opportunities, and drive effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills π£ and the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Proven expertise in KPI development and performance management systems.
