ABOUT CULTED:
CULTED is a Gen-Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast-growing international audience of over 2million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Talent Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
CORE TASKS AND DUTIES:
- Manage the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, shortlisting and selection as appropriate
- Support managers with the online recruitment process as required
- Overseeing administration of employee contracts, including changes to terms and conditions of employment documentation
- Issuing and managing employee contracts including perm and contractors
- Work with finance to ensure payroll coordination.
- Manage the employee onboarding experience, including reference checking and pre-employment health questionnaires.
- Deliver efficient scheduling, staffing and resource allocation
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts
- Address skill gaps to ensure seamless delivery of projects
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will have strong experience recruiting for a diverse range of creative roles and are skilled in communication and you are able to engage and inspire people.
Ideally you should come from a fast paced background such as production or content media etc but you could be operating as an HR generalist with experience of recruitment and a passion for Talent Management.

This role will initially be 3 months FTE with the expectation for it to become permanent thereafter and will be based part time from CULTED’s office, though full time may be considered.
