Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head of People and Culture to join our portfolio of hotels in London. In this critical leadership role, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and management of our comprehensive people strategy. As a key figure within our organisation, you will oversee all facets of HR operations, with a primary emphasis on employee engagement and well-being. Your mission will be to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, ensuring the consistent delivery of 5-star service to our guests and valued team members.

- Inspire, mentor, and lead the HR team by setting clear objectives, fostering a strong sense of purpose, and cultivating a performance-driven culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and tailored development opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategically manage HR resources to optimise team productivity and operational excellence.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will demonstrate that they have the following key criteria, personal competencies and skills:
- Extensive experience as a Head of People and Culture or equivalent leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Profound knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Professional, approachable demeanour with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and high operational standards.
- Proven ability to contribute actively and strategically to senior management discussions and initiatives.
- Experience of advising a senior management team and/or board of directors.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience of managing employees.
- Good knowledge of Excel and analytical tools.
