• Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition• : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selecting candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Policy Development and HR Strategy• : Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies, aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Budgeting and Cost Management• : Assist in budgeting for HR activities, including recruitment campaigns, training programs, and employee benefits, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Candidate Screening and Selection• : Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and facilitate interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to select the most qualified candidates.
• Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing• : Assist in creating and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Onboarding and Orientation• : Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization and have the resources needed for success.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers• : Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment plans.
• Recruitment Reporting and Analytics• : Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, providing reports and analysis to improve future hiring strategies.
• Compliance and Best Practices• : Ensure recruitment processes and policies comply with labor laws and industry standards, promoting fairness and consistency across hiring efforts.
• Budget Oversight• : Assist in the management of HR and recruitment budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and within financial constraints.
• Continuous Improvement• : Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and HR innovations to recommend improvements to recruitment, policies, and HR operations.
• Requirements:
• Education• : Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
• Experience• : At least 1-2 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment, policy planning, and budget management.
• Policy and Budget Planning• : Experience in contributing to HR policy development and managing or assisting with HR budgeting and cost control.
• Recruitment Expertise• : Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation techniques.
• Organizational and Analytical Skills• : Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
• Communication Skills• : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and senior management.
• Attention to Detail• : High attention to detail in managing candidate data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Tech-Savvy• : Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment platforms for efficient hiring and budget tracking.
• Proactive and Strategic• : Ability to take initiative in recruitment, policy development, and budget planning, with a focus on continuous improvement.
