What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for overseeing the global accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, cash collection, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Alongside accounts receivable responsibilities, you will have some responsibility for accounts payable for the Singapore office. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and territories.
More specifically, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable function.
- Work with the Singapore Controller and the wider group Finance team to ensure the effective running of the Accounts Receivable function in line with Group policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales invoices.
- Ensure timely cash collection from clients and help drive down the group’s debtor days.
- Liaise with and resolve any issues with clients’ finance and procurement departments.
- Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyse accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Improve AR systems and process efficiency
- Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to senior management.

- Process invoices, including quality control of general ledger coding and PO matching
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior Accounts Receivable role
- Experience in credit control and track record of improving debtor days
- Experience of working in accounts payable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of working with NetSuite
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Strong task management and prioritisation skills
- Personal motivation to work without supervision, to see tasks through to completion
- Ability to understand GST/VAT requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Due to the international nature of the business, some flexibility in terms of working-hours may be required from time to time
Nice to have:
- Experience working in an international organisation, across multiple time zones
- Experience working in professional services / management consulting environment
- AAT qualified or equivalent
