- Reporting to Head of Human Resources, lead a small team to manage the employment life cycle including probation assessment, performance appraisal, contract renewal, employment relations, termination etc.
- Provide HR advice and solutions to assigned departments to improve employee experience and employee retention
- Review workflow and process for continuous improvement
- Participate in HRIS and other digitalization projects
- Review and develop HR policies and guidelines
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder with at least 8 ‘years of experience in human resources, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff
- Team player with positive attitude
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
