Duty & Responsibility
Reporting to the Departmental Head of Human Resources Department / General Manager.
Act as a second tier to the Departmental Head of Human Resources, assisting in managing all human resources functions and ad-hoc HR projects.
Directly handle IOD cases and EC related processes, staff medical insurance scheme, provident fund schemes, Security Personnel Permit related processes and all clerical support in compliance with the Company’s direction.
Handling labour disputes and grievance and attend labour tribunal when necessary.
Being the contact point with legal advisor and follow up legal cases and enquiry when required.
Review and enhance daily operational procedures within HR department and in between HR and other departments; maintain good relationship with various parties (e.g. HR, CSR, Training Development Committee of Corporate Office, governmental departments, insurance companies, etc.)
Planning, writing and execution of company policy and guideline.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly HR reports according to company and corporate office’s requirement.
Carry out other general administrative duties including management of the HR Department and documentary preparation of annual security license inspection by Police Licensing Office, etc.
Any other tasks assigned by Departmental Head of Human Resources and GM.
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience and able to interact with people at different levels.
Relevant experience in Security Company will be an advantage.
Well knowledge of HK labour legislation, HR policies and principles, and handling of staff relationship.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities.
Proactive, Self-motivated, responsible, self-initiated, creative, passionate for work, good communication and presentation skill.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin is an advantage).
High standard of personal integrity and reliability.
Immediately available is preferred.
