The
Group HR, Talent & Development Manager is responsible for
overseeing HR, Talent management and Development strategies across multiple business units within the Group. This role involves collaborating with Directors, Managers & Supervisors to align and implement those related initiatives, with the overall business strategy.
Position/role reports directly to Donkey Hotels Group Director of Human Resources and supervises a team of 2 specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement talent management strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives, including talent acquisition
- Create and maintain succession plans for key positions within the organization
- Coordinate HR processes, communications & trainings such as labor law themes, performance appraisal, ERGANI compliance etc.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops.
- Facilitate training and development programs. Act as train the trainer.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate closely with internal business partners to ensure alignment of talent and development initiatives with business needs
- Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and implement HR related projects and initiatives
- Oversee talent & training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Actively participate in employer branding activities such as career days, trainees' days & any other relevant actions.
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
- Experience: At least 5 years of extensive experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Languages: Excellent knowledge and command of Greek and English.
- HR Tech Savvy: MS Office literate and very good knowledge of HR information systems (SCAN HRMS) and e-learning platforms.
