Head of Talent Acquisition
Role responsibilities:
- Develops and executes effective talent acquisition strategies for leadership positions across the organization
- Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partners with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams of the subsidiaries, and external recruitment agencies
- Utilizes internal and external talent insights to identify and understand market trends
- Champions diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
- Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management
- 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and evaluation
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
