The Job:
- Assist in full cycle of recruitment process.
- Source candidates with various recruitment channels and manage pipelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in on-boarding arrangements.
- Manage background checking process for all levels of hiring.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
- Support the recruitment events, internship programs and career fairs.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role with recruitment management system experience is preferred.
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A good team player, independent and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
- Attention to details with awareness of confidentiality.
