Human Resources Manager Human Resources Office (Post Ref.: 24/412) Responsibilities
- Manage a wide variety of human resources functions in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff communication and engagement, training and development, and human resources information system (HRIS)
- Lead the team to provide human resources services to staff members of the University
- Plan and organize staff communication programs and events as well as training and development activities
- Assist in the formulation and review of human resources policies and procedures
- Provide executive support to the human resources-related committees of the University
- Engage in the implementation and enhancement of HRIS and HR projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Extensive human resources experience in sizable organizations
- Pro-active, resourceful and service-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and HRIS
Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
