Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of our B2B Branded Channels shoppers to curate more effective visual merchandising guidance
- Translate the yearly shopper calendar into marketing visual merchandising guidelines and annual planning
- Develop stores retail displays guidance, converting windows shoppers into customers through effective designs
- Establish annual visual merchandising display rollout schedule to improve productivity
- Deliver creative and innovative merchandising solutions for key shopper campaigns, inputting to shopper campaigns briefs
- Ensure compliance to our Brand framework
- Work cross-functionally with RSM Shopper Audience and Merchandising team, LEGO Retail Visual Merchandising team, Trade Shopper Excellence team and our LEGO© Agency
- Work closely with the Retail Development team to input into needed fixtures to support key categories
- Help training and development of store leaders to achieve high standards and positive sales growth through strong creative in store display
- Establish communication tools (video tutorials, planograms, other) to guide store operational team to support visual merchandising initiatives
- Build strong knowledge of our B2B Branded Channels stores, and track fixture inventory, to inform the merchandising strategy
- Track performance and conduct AAR for continuous improvement

Our new RSM team sits within our central M&C Marketing department. This role drives Global retail shopper marketing with an omni-channel and insight led approach. The environment that you would curate, creates a memorable shopping experience for our B2B Branded Channel (LEGO© Certified Stores, Merlin Retail, Travel Retail) store visitors!
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive visual merchandising experience in a senior role for a global brand retailer
- Deep knowledge of visual merchandising best practices for retail
- Outstanding creativity, design and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling
- Up to date with retail trends, popular culture, and market trends globally to inspire new ideas
- Strong relationship building skills, with shown success in establishing cross functional projects
- Creative problem solver with a curiosity to drive process improvement and new ways of working
