We are looking for people to join us as Engagement Managers! We will be offering this employment as a contract basis. Opportunities for a senior-level position may be available to you, depending on your job experience and interview assessments.
As an Engagement Manager, you will play a strategic role in advocating for and enhancing user experience for public officers across Government agencies. Working closely with the product managers, project managers and technical teams, you will be responsible for managing the change journey and driving the adoption of GPE products and services across the Whole of Government (WOG).
To be successful, this position requires a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, the specific needs of public officers, and the ability to position products to meet those needs effectively. You will bridge technical knowledge with engagement skills to build product alignment, resolve barriers to adoption, and ensure consistent feedback loops for continual improvement.
A brief summary of your job responsibility:
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy
Engage with stakeholders across public agencies to understand their needs and align GPE products/services to support agency-specific requirements.
- User Journey Mapping & Insights
Analyse user data and map user journeys to identify pain points and prioritize solutions and improvement opportunities across products.
Collaborate with various product managers to shape product roadmaps based on user insights, adoption challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Change Management & Adoption
Lead go-to-market strategies and execute engagement campaigns to drive product adoption, including product launches, communications, training, and incentive / reward programme.
Lead, setup and run community of practice for different segments of public officers to ensure continuous engagement and feedback across products.
- Content & Communications Development
Create and manage training, communications materials, and BAU content for product microsites or intranet pages, etc.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience working in the public sector at WOG level; or for multinational corporations or tech organisations, tech customer success, or change management
- Experience in change management or strong understanding of Change Management principles, with Prosci or other CM-certification
- Good interpersonal skills, proven ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate in matrixed environments.
- Strong or creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data insights into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional written and presentation skills, with an emphasis on concise and impactful messaging
- Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
