Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing branding activities that align with the company's business objectives, values, and brand guidelines, with the aim of attracting talent, engaging candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline. You will also play a key role in representing the company's employee value proposition and strengthening relationships with both internal and external partners.
What will you do?
- Branding Strategy Development
- Define and execute the Employer Brand strategy for Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam in accordance to the zone priorities.
- Ensure all branding activities are in accordance to zone strategy and established brand guidelines.
- Focus on attracting key profiles from the market to meet the company’s hiring needs.
- Oversees the company’s social media presence and other employment sites to support talent attraction.
- Plans and organizes branding events, both in-person and virtually, at country and zone levels.
- Identifies awards and explores other channels to elevate the company’s brand perception.
- Leverage media channels to enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Consults with business stakeholders across countries to align business strategy with Employer Brand zone and global priorities.
- Reports to the Zone EB Lead, bringing in actionable data and proposing improvements to the strategy and team dynamics.
- Build and strengthens relationships with university, community, and other talent groups.
- Conducts market and competitor analysis to gather trends and position the employer brand effectively and stay competitive.
- Being involved in wider Talent Attraction / Human Resources initiatives & projects when required to support the People agenda for the organization.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- Degree in Marketing/Communications or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant employer branding experience, event management, or public relations experience.
- Data-driven and analytical; able to use data to tell a story and form perspectives.
- Influence skill and creative thinking to produce branding materials.
- Strong stakeholder management skills while being resilient, agile, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and proven adaptability with new platforms and technologies.
- Additional plus to have prior exposure working within a sizeable, highly matrixed and fast-paced organization.
