Our client, located at Central Singapore is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead to join the team.
Overview:
The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead will drive Talent Acquisition strategies and programs across Asia, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline for the company's current and future growth. The role requires a deep understanding of business drivers, manpower planning, and translating these insights into impactful TA strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the company’s talent acquisition landscape while promoting its position as an employer of choice across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Attraction Strategy:
- Design and implement effective TA strategies to attract top talent and enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Stay informed on talent trends and competitor practices, sharing recruitment trends and market intelligence with stakeholders.
- Oversee IT applications supporting regional talent acquisition and employer branding efforts.
2. Recruitment Process Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for executive roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to address staffing needs and advise on best practices.
- Recommend assessment tools to improve hire quality and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
3. Employer Branding:
- Develop a data-driven employer branding strategy and refine the employer value proposition for target talent segments.
- Partner with Marketing, HR, and internal teams across the region to maintain a consistent and appealing employer brand.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and events to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
4. People and Vendor Management:
- Guide and upskill team members across the region, fostering continuous improvement in hiring processes and experiences.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, oversee procurement contracts, and advise on specialized partnerships.
5. Metrics and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of TA strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage recruitment budgets and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Regularly review and optimize processes for efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in regional Employer Branding across Asia.Strong understanding of local practices, regulations, and strategies across Asia.
