About the role: We are looking for a talent who are passionate about Human Resources to join us as the Carlyle & Co. Talent & Culture Assistant. This position will assist in the administrative support of HR operations including talent acquisition, learning & development and employee engagement. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an essential part of Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong - and we’d love to have you on-board!
What you will do:
- Provide support to managers for scheduling of selection interviews, administering training enrolment and organising associate activities
- Assist in special projects and ad hoc tasks assigned
What you need to have:
- Proactive, versatile and passionate in working with people
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. An ability to connect with a local and international workforce, across all levels
- Detailed minded and high level of work accuracy
- A strong command of both written and verbal English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcomed and considered as Talent & Culture Assistant
