Human Resources – Center of Excellence (HR-COE) of Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. plays an integral part in helping the group companies within Charoen Pokphand Group to achieve the entities’ objectives and to initiate and execute human resources strategies ranging from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Strategy & Compliance, People Rewards, Culture & Internal Communication to Organization Development.

More importantly, you can unleash your potential to initiate and execute international and global HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end to end recruitment activities
- Partner with line management for recruitment strategies to attract best talents to the
organization
- Job briefing, screening CV’s / applications, conducting pre-screen calls, provide shortlists,
schedule interviews, negotiate salary offers, and coordinate with human resource business
partner and line manager for on-boarding activities
- Manage and build the candidates pool by identifying & utilizing various recruitment channels
(university partnership, career events, outsourcing, direct sourcing, employer branding, internal
resourcing, online-offline communication, niche marketing, etc).
- Provide recruitment for all positions by Business Units in responsible including entry-level to
top executives
- Prepare data & reporting of recruitment activities and projects
- Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policies and procedures
- Point of contact as Recruitment Business Partner for any customer issues & problems related to recruitment
- Lead and support recruitment projects as assigned by collaborating with other business unit recruitment team
- Responsible for related employer branding projects such as social media contents, career roadshows, and university partnership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in human resource management, business administration or any related fields
- 5- 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding in large organization
- Familiarity with dynamic and agile working environment
- Solid background in project management and multi-tasking
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and collaborator with others
- Excellent in presentation and communication skills
- Excellent command in English and Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
