The role:
Our PR coordinator will be responsible to raise brand awareness in the market through effective implementation of the Global PR Strategy adapted to the local UK market.
This role will lead the relation with influencers, press and potential brands or partners to maximise the brand exposure to our target audience.
Among the main responsibilities will be the Influencer Strategy (seedings and collaborations), Affiliation strategy for TikTok Shop, press related activities, events and search for PR opportunities with our main retailers.
The candidate, well-versed in the beauty PR world and goal oriented, will closely work with the Global Media team, but also have the high ability of working autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Global PR Strategy and adapt it to the UK market to make it relevant for our target audience Build an influencers and Press contacts database and maintain close relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders in the market.
- Develop partnership opportunities and PR-driven brand campaigns for product launches or key initiatives.
- Manage the PR budget ensuring the efficiency of the spend: monitor, track and update PR spend.
- Develop and manage solid relationships with external agencies and major press.
- Strategize brand partnerships that includes communications, opportunities or collaborations.
- Develop and maintain communications calendar based on the Marketing Calendar and the Global Strategy ensuring alignment with the business goal.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years of marketing and PR experience, within beauty industry.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and achieve aligned objectives.
- A natural relationship-builder with the ability to maintain a strong network of peers and partners.
- Experienced in digital analytics.
