Job Description
As the Chief of Staff and Culture Champion for CDAO Data Platforms, you will drive the successful implementation of strategic initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, whilst leading priority projects for the Head of CDAO Data Platforms. Leveraging your expertise in cultural transformation, you will develop solutions to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Your organizational and multitasking abilities will enable you to manage various projects and priorities simultaneously. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and understand the needs of CDAO Data Platforms teams, working with them to develop further as a team. As a strategic advisor, you will support executive decision-making and contribute to the development of strategic plans across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Work on priority strategy/organizational tasks as required.
- Use analytical reasoning to assess organizational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Champion the adoption of inclusive practices and continuous learning, fostering a culture of innovation and respect within the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment on priority requests across a range of stakeholder seniority (C-level executives to junior software engineers).
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Proven ability to develop and implement initiatives that promote cultural awareness and sensitivity within the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to support executive decision-making and drive organizational goals.
