Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of Learning & Development for sales team or other related functions, including in-house training and seminars, external training classes and staff engagement activities
- Identify training needs, formulate schedule and implement learning & development program to meet the business need and staff’s development goals
- Maintain e-learning and performance management platform, prepare reports and statistics
- Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes in accordance with various requirements & purpose
- Record, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each training program
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business, Human Resources, Training and Development or related disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with FMCG, F&B or retail background is an advantage
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge in video shooting/ editing
- Proactive, detail minded and good problem-solving skill
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
